Using Photoshop Elements 9

action in photoshop 7 to put a watermark on all my photos ... have sort of looked in trial version 9 but can't find it. Elements let you batch process file names and sizes but can i batch process an action to put watermark on multiple files.... or do i HAVe to buy cs5
