I think the third picture is the best... I would go with manual focus on the eyes with the 10d and 400 speed to get more depth of field.

I would offer that the compositions and exposures are pretty solid. The first image seems to be clearly out of focus. The second is either slightly out of focus, or needs sharpening in PS. The third seems to be perfectly in focus, and represents a solid effort and a nice capture of her personality!
