Just uploaded two galleries of the 2002 Albuquerque balloon fiesta. The 2003 fiesta is this month. Hope you get some enjoyment from them.

Wow, balloons of all shapes and sizes. Looks like a real cool festival.

It really is something to see. In the evenings they have what they call a "glowdeo". The balloons don't fly but the operators (they are called pilots) light up the balloons with their hot air blasts and the balloons light up like huge lampshades. It's hard to get a good shot of they because they don't stay lit very long (otherwise they would take off).
