This is a last minute heads up on a cool photo op in San Francisco on Friday Oct. 10 at 1145 a.m.

I am not hiring, but just getting the word out on what I think will be some neat photos to have.

Hundreds of Korean War vets will march through the streets of San Francisco from Union Square to the Marines Memorial Club at 609 Sutter Street. Police will close off traffic for the march.

The vets are in SF for the final 50th anniversary events. The Marine Corps Band from Twentynine Palms, Calif., will lead the vets on the march.

A lot of heavys participating in this one.

Also in town this weekend are several Navy ships steaming into the Bay under the Golden Gate between 10 a.m. and noon on Saturday Oct. 11. Blue Angels are also in town and have been buzzing the skies all day today for Fleet Week show warm ups.
