It looks like you may have some interesting photos. Unfortunately, I do not have the time to mouse on everyone and look at it. I do have time to skim sites and look at things that attract my attention. Your web site design is not ammeanable to that.

Several folks on pbase are using this style sheet. Perhaps because it is "cool". I wish there was a way for viewers to disable what I find to be an irritating "feature" of the this CSS.

I've got the same reservations as you about the style sheet but still like it the best so what to do....
By the way, I just reedited my roma gallery
