Third place, Jarek M. The golden hour with the sun blurring the tree branches creates a mellow mood


Second place, Margaret Lew. I have a soft spot for this one because I know where it is and have photographed sunsets right there. This is really what it looks like!


And the winner is,,, Markus with this extreme rendition of a day so moody and foggy you can barely see the sun

I heard from Markus that he is unable to run the next contest and then it would go to Margaret Lew
He wrote to the PBase organizers about it but I don't know how soon that make it through
