Thank you each and all for participating in this 570 Show & Tell. Challenging to pick in some cases. I almost chose Walter's first post for top spot however, I see it won 1st in the 509th Show & Tell. (insert pleasing smile) Close on its heels, I feel, is Gill's composition at the monastery. (A couple others received HM's for posted photos for previous topics in Show & Tell. I don't know the official policy on repeats but just recognize them with this note. Its easy to forget, I'm sure, especially when years have passed.) Congratulations to all!
Honorable Mentions include:
Jola for this composition with a touch of mystery; strong light and shadow.
Marcus for this new (to me) perspective on San Francisco at night.
Ken for this unique and stunning perspective on the Strasbourg Cathedral at night.
3rd -- Walter Otto Koenig. Night shot of the Disney Concert Hall with an interesting point of view on a stunning structure. Dancing lights that illuminate in such a way the architecture appears to float against the blue sky.
2nd -- Ken Zaret. This photo has an organic feel with the sunset through the windows. Drew me back again and again.
-First -- Gil Kopy. Stunning composition at the Monastery with two contrasting sources of light, warm and white; the interesting point of view, curved and straight lines, and exposure.
