Hello, all. Just letting you know I'm monitoring my email and this site 2 or 3 times a day, in hopes of getting some help from pbase support. I hereby swear on bended backbone that once I get out from under this mess, I'll retire from the competition, for fear of winning another one, and of what happens when that happens. :-} John/sylvester

I am assuming you did not get the email from Emily letting you know you won. If this is the case there probably is no button when you got to the Show and Tell Forum when you are signed into PBase prompting you to post the next Competition. If this is the case, this no fault of yours. I've also written to Emily letting her know that the competition is stuck. Hopefully she will answer soon. Meanwhile you have time to think up an excellent theme.

Thanks, Walter. I did get that email, promptly, and in the process of doing my duty, posted it in the wrong place, and then deleted it. So I've been whining for a new email, which I think I'm capable of posting properly this time. Several folks saw the announcement before it disappeared. The subject: Find art in the kitchen, with some examples. No deadline so far.

Don't get discouraged John - I remember struggling with how to set it up the first time. I'm sure there has to be a simpler way of doing competitions and the "how to" instructions are sort of buried in the Important things to know section.
