Superb entries this week and it wasn't easy judging such great images so I had a hard time coming up with a winner.
First place has to go to Ken's image of the students on the bridge. It drew me right into the scene with it's layers of interest, the students looked as if I could sit with them, the artwork was nicely lit and that wonderful lighting in the background drew me all the way into the background.
.

2nd place goes to Walter for his 'Handstand' sculpture. All the detail is in the statue and yet it's taken against a bright blue sky. You do this so well!

3rd place goes to Vijay for his rear view of the Botero. I've never seen one from this angle before and using a fish-eye lens was a great choice

Runners up (in no particular order)
Chris for his image of the 'Cloud'. It's wonderfully symmetrical and I was impressed that he got up early to miss the hordes.

Peter for 'Paris'. A scene of artwork within a larger artwork

Terry for 'Beijing' . Great colouring and beautifully composed but with a touch of whimsy

John for 'Street Artist'. Great exposure and subject but the reflection made this into a super image

Yaron for his sculptor image. IMO it's a little too bright but the aperture is great and I loved that someone thought of the actual making of the art..

Thanks everyone!

Jean

Great choice of theme. Many thanks for second place. Congratulations to the winners, HM's and all who entered. Really liked the diversity and quality of the images.
