Let's see your artifacts

Post Sat May 08, 2010 1:17 am

Using photoshop, HDR, and other stuff I happened upon a photographic art-aberration I have come to enjoy.
Taking bracketed shots up or down the exposure scale and with some motion and then letting some HDR software have at it.
One of the things they ask as you turn in over to them is, "do you want to attempt to remove artifacts?"
I almost always say yes but now sometimes say no, just to see what it produces.
Let me see your ghosts!

Taken on my first trip with my first camera. Inside the Vatican, I took a long exposure. Almost everyone moves about, and gets mostly washed out and leave a few artifacts except the Nun, the only person who could keep still for 4 seconds!
