IMPORTANT info regarding Show & Tell Contests

Well, the titles are "Show & Tell Competition". They are stickied at the top of this forum...

Does anyone know how long it takes for the "locked" button to change to "new winner"? I assume that's what is supposed to happen in order for me to post the winners...???

If you go to the top of the forum (not the thread, just the S&T forum), there should be a button for *New Winner*.

New Winner looks just like New Contest did - if that helps you any.

Where can I find the NEW CONTEST BUTTON? I am host by default because the winner passed it on to me for personal reasons. I can't seem to find it. What shall I do next? to start off? Thank you.

I don't think the show and tell theme contest is working right .. It was supposed to be locked on wedesday and it's not and there has not been any activity since ??? ....

Error messages are being seen when posting both New contest and winners. The winning image did not show up and I had to edit the post....hopefully the winner was notified by Pbase. (I left her a message).
This has been going on for a few weeks.

I am not sure about the situation at hand, but unless there is a good reason for the delay, the person responsible for the debacle should be excluded from winning future competitions.
