Did you use PhotoCleaner on these? They look very nice! I'm certainly enjoying my DR. :D

Hi Sue,

I did indeed use Photo Cleaner (trial version)
I don't believe I would trust it too much for paper prints (haven't tried it yet) but for downsizing & posting on the net I am quite satisfied with the predifined scripts.

Works in 80-90% of the cases

I use it for posting to the web. Great little program and inexpensive. It even maintains the exif settings.

I can tell because of the way the filename is changed - it puts PC- in front of the filename when you batch processes. :D

Great shots and wonderful colors!

What is Photo Cleaner? What's its purpose with digital images?

Photo Cleaner is a stand alone program that:

PhotoCleaner fixes most common problems with digital camera or scanned images with one click! Just drag and drop your image file into PhotoCleaner and click Result button. Or select the directory that contains images to process multiple images at once. Powerful algorithms of the PhotoCleaner will do the rest!

Quoting from the site.

The best part is that it's only $12.95. Try it and see.

The trial version of PC is limited to 180 dpi.
Does anybody know if the full version has a similar limit?

You can set the jpeg quality. It defaults to 85. I'm not sure about the 180 dpi, but I typically save to 500 or 600 pixels as the largest size.
