this lady has been slandering me for almost 6 months now

That first statement alone is slanderous, since it is untrue. I offered $50 to anyone who could provide an instance where I flamed Don in a post, and no one has come forth with an example to collect the prize. The reason is that no such posts exist... I have never flamed or attacked or slandered Don or anyone here. Don, of course, tried to claim the money, but if you look at the "evidence" he offered you can see how desperate he is to prove the existence of something which never existed.

Yes, that is a good idea. I would like readers to know the context too. If anyone here really has the time or desire to seek out the truth here, I will give you the three threads from which I took Don's abusive remarks. I started each of these threads, and each was hijacked and ruined by Don.

These threads DO put the above list of remarks in context and I sincerely hope some of you will take the time to read them. Some people have posted that they are tired of the fighting etc. on the forum and admit they didn't take the time to read all these posts, but still they say it "must take two" to continue a flamefest, or say they "don't care" who started it, implying that they believe, mistakenly, that I also participated in flaming. That saddens me to hear, since, as the threads will show, it is NOT the case at all. The attacks all go FROM Don TOWARD me.

If you don't care about any of this, that's fine. But if you wish to judge this situation fairly, take five minutes and read these threads. Read Don's words, then read my replies. From me you will find only rational corrections of his misstatements, with occasional pleas to stop ruining my threads. Here are the threads:

These have all Don's posts intact, none have been deleted and will not be until the legal matters for which these threads are evidence have been resolved. My lawyer's office is going to copy them, and I already have a copy, but the actual evidence itself must remain on the forum since copies alone may not be sufficient. The threads are all locked so nothing may be added, but they may be read.

And what have I been doing here to deserve a part in your puppet play, FW? I did make a few posts to show that Don is the flamer, not me. This makes sense to me, since I surely don't want anyone believing the horrible lies he posts about me. Would you? The other posts I made suggested Jill would be a great replacement moderator. Not very interesting drama on my part, I'm afraid.

By the way, I actually did take the time to go through those threads that Don wanted me to link to, and I found more of his quotes, so I have updated my list. Here is what Don has been saying over the past few weeks. (See recent post for the links to see these remarks in context, as Don asked me to do.)

LOL! You made me almost spit coffee all over my keyboard!!!

I am having my morning coffee, casually reading the forum to see what work people have posted. Instead I note this thread is growing to become one of those infamous battles we as users have been forced to tolerate. This is getting way out of control again and there are two main actors here but one definitely has some mental problems and I am glad he doesn’t live near me. The other doesn’t seem to be able to ignore the tugs to her braids and the constant Hate aimed at her by the later. Of course, who would?

Whenever anyone implores for people to knock it off, Don then attacks them. I have received one personal attack via PM and have been called a number of names on this board. He just doesn’t respond once either but in a barrage of nasty posts in a row reminiscent of the carpet bombing done during World War II. Now I am not knocking his work but his method of posting a trillion images in a row that have nothing to do with the specific thread is a bit odd to me as well.

And of course, as we all know by now, Pstewart has a group of supporters from someplace else. Whether this is actually true or not we don’t know for sure as we only have Don’s most emphatic pronouncements to go by.

Of course, there have been a quite a few of us who just can’t resist getting in the mix as well. Mainly people plead for peace and for this to stop but it doesn’t and it will not unless we get direct intervention from the site owners.

Perhaps we should all just jointly not read this trash and let them battle it out until the end of days. I, for one will no longer read a thread posted by Don (aka:Minoltaman) and will skip his rants to see what work other people post. (I noted on a few other threads his attempts at censoring what other users can and cannot post)

he just placed a mirror of his site at http://www.trimoon.com at http://www.donnorthup.com and pretended to be me to try and sell his artwork off of my name.

We have saved all of the 6 different websites he has placed at donnorthup.com already. His friend fred thomson is a squatter of the worst kind, this is the man assisting mr steve.

and steve can not tell the truth
