gaocus - I really enjoy and admire your photos. They are as good as it gets (well, danny_laredo has equally admirable photos also) but I have to be honest here. The size of the images you post combined with the framing are larger than my viewable desktop (15" laptop @ screen res. 1024x768).
Makes it difficult to fully appreciate the composition.
Just thought I'd mention that for whatever it is worth.

Don't get me wrong. I find your images to be the example and standard for which to shoot for. Excellent captures and flawless pp. :)

Yes, I know, but I really don't intend them to be viewed on a laptop, whose screens are (in general) not that great. I thought about this for quite a bit. Screen resolutions are getting even finer on laptops and especailly on desktops. On the 20+" desktops that are comon niw, 800x600 is awful small, and you miss out on the detail. I want to stay a little ahead of the curve at the cost of difficulty on lower resolution laptops. I don't think there is as much problem with the landscape horizontal1024 as with the portrait vertical size of 900 I am using. Maybe I should use 750-800 for portrait.
