First of all I'd like to thank all the talented fellow photographers who posted their pictures in this competition.
I have deeply enjoyed your work, your creativity and your inspiration.
If I followed completely my impressions, I'd give honourable mentions to nearly everyone, but it would become meaningless.
So here are, in casual orders, my choice for honourable mentions
This picture by Daniel is original and rich of details
Here Ken has captured well the energy and the strenght of the jumping whale
A very evocative and delicate photo which Gill offers here to us; almost a "natural" black and white of great effect
Here I love the unusual perspective, a great photo.
And now the third place goes to
Walter
It's a splendid capture of a flying pelican, with amazing details and perfect timing
The second place goes to
Jeff
I like the merry jumping silhouettes against a golden sunset. There are vibrant feelings, joy and fancy.
And the winner is....
Markus
I found this picture the most creative and original and I deeply appreciated the accuracy and the composition.
The theme I chose for this competition allowed a good degree of freedom for the subjects. So I felt like judging also the originality.
My thanks and my congratulations to everyone.
