Both the direct lighting and the reflections on water make it quite a special photograph.

The bottom lights sparkle in this great piece, and create, directly and indirectly, geometric shapes and lines, while the background light in the fog contributes to a cold atmosphere and mood.

I really enjoyed the geometry and contrast, and the array of grays in the sky.
The use of light produces quite an impact and at the same time some sort of mystery, we are left wondering where this person is headed and what she might have found once in the light.
