Apologies for the delay, I am away from home in an area affected by the bushfires in Western Victoria.

This time I am going to nominate the winners, no HMs.

Third place, Jola. I like the juxtaposition between the Palace of Culture and Science, the symbol of the Soviet imperialistic domination over Poland and vox populi about Putin, yet another Russian dictator with imperialistic ambitions.




Second place Markus. One hopes that when this child grows up, the world will be a more peaceful place.




The winning image, Hugh. It seems to reflect the problem of our time, the common people's alienation from the political process.
