Not a great shot, but this guy caught me by surprise one day when I was out for a hike along the river. I had about 5 seconds before he disappeared behind the trees, so I just grabbed what I could. I had never seen a bald eagle in the wild before, and I've never seen one since, so it was a thrill just to get any pictures of him at all.
