Help on identifying what this crow has in its beak

It looks like the crow has multiple small fish in its beak but is that possible?

Any insights would be appreciated.

Hard to say for sure but the two fish on the outside to the far right appear to be Sardines or possibly Silversides. The rest of it looks like more of the same but more beat up?

I suspect a fisherman had a bunch of bait pinned onto one hook and somehow this crow got hold of it without getting hooked?

Nonetheless, it's a feast for the owner of that bunch of goodies.
