Photgraphy in the Mud Pit

For the 8th time I took pictures at Scottsdale's Might Mud Mania. I always like to get a few shots of other photographers and this one of Arizona Republic's Samantha Sais shows she braved the mud pit to get the shots she wanted. I stayed safely on the edge. Would you jump into the mud pit for that perfect shot?
