Help!!!! I'm new!! How do I learn CSS????

Oh My goodness!!! I am new to this site and I admire other peoples beautiful galleries. I wanted to try and replicate some galleries and I did not realize it was so hard!! How do I learn how to make my own stylesheet? I tried just cutting and pasting someone's source... it didn't work. Obviously I have to actually write mine out???

Can someone please help me on how to start my own long slow path down learning how to write css? I am SO overwhelmed!!

PS MORE SPECIFICALLY.... when I go to source, WHICH PART do I Cut out to paste? Just the first part? The whole thing?

That should work!. Just copy the CSS text (wich is different to the HTML source code by the way) to a new stylesheet, then select i and see the change. If that doesn´t work there are two explanations: Either (a) PBase is having extra trouble at the time or (b) your cache is messing with your browser and you´re seeing an old view of your page. So clean cache and see what happens.

Well.. I few weeks ago I did the same questions and the best way to learn is the hard way. Some few searchs around the HTML forum might give you a perspective... Besides external links outside from PBase click this threat contains all the links I know that might help you and others to understand a bit better this thing. At last, a brief definition of PBase CSS classes can be found Here (official) and Here (unofficial).
