Root gallery: index fonts vs thumbnail fonts

In root gallery we see the following index at the top :

account | profile | guestbook | all galleries | recent

how can i make the font for this different from the font size of the gallery titles under each thumbnail at the root level?


Within each gallery, i know you can change the font size of the individual image titles under each thumbnail with code below (ie smaller image titles vs bigger index at the top) but this doesnt apply to root gallery thumbnails which has gallery titles under them. Your help is greatly appreciated. thx!
