How do I make a "plain page?"

Post Thu Nov 11, 2004 6:40 pm

How can I make a plain page, such as <a href="http://www.pbase.com/jklofft/purchase"> this?</a>

I've tried copying both the html and the style sheet from the page (just to see how it works, not to pirate), but have had no success. I'm trying to make a page to do just the same thing as he did here - have no pictures, only information about ordering prints.

Thanks in advance. I looked through the boards but didn't see anything addressing specifically this - If I missed it, I apologize.

Well I copied the CSS from http://css2.pbase.com/styles/49915.css into a stylesheet on my account and it works fine, i.e. the same as the original.

When I copy the CSS over, I do get a blank page, but that's about it. I can use the H1 tag, but not the p tag - and therefore nothing really shows up on the page except the title. Any ideas?

Hi,
In the description page, you will do an "html"-page.
You also need to check the html-box.
Look at my page: http://www.pbase.com/felixfoto, and also the 3 "Johans page, Felix page & Heidis page.
I can give you the html-code if you want.
