Help with cell padding etc.

can any one show me or give me links to info that tells me what all the codes in the style sheets mean and were to change the colors for cell padding etc. Thanks

I forgot to add that I know basic html. I just cant seem to figure out were in the css coding to put the codes so that they work.

Probably something simple but you know how that goes.
