How do I change the menu colour?

I have recently discovered you can change stilesheets.

I have seen that it exist 2 more colurs at the menu. Grey and black.
How do I do to use this?

It's not easy to understand what you are asking. What do you mean by 'menu'? Maybe you could provide a link to what you are talking about?

Easy
Go to your profile page
Click on "edit your account settings" right under the first box
At the bottom of the page that opens you have an "account settings" box
What you are looking for is the third from the top
