CSS problem after Pbase changes ....

Post Mon Sep 13, 2004 4:56 am

What is wrong here ? From since Pbase changed the way of handeling the layout (CSS) the whole layout of one gallery went in to mist for some viewers (MAC).....
Here the URL
http://www.pbase.com/oochappan/goldenretriever

As it was one of my first layouts the code may be rather inconventional but if there is some CSS-guru around, I would highly appreciate his suggestions as I see this site still correctly in IE6, not having other browsers installed, it is almost a mystery to me how to correct it.
( I cleaned already some of the code but I don't know it is sufficiant in other browsers)

I can only see two problems with that gallery:
1- The tracker image (from 2log.com) seems to be broken
2- The SWF file (http://users.telenet.be/oochappan/pbase/pupsa.swf) seems to be missing

You CSS file validates - http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/vali ... medium=all

Cant the Mac users see the gallery at all? What browser are they using? I am using Mozilla Firefox 0.9.3 on Linux Fedora Core 2 (AMD 64)

Thanks for cheking, srijith

1 the tracker should be in order as you can copy the url from the properties and open it seperatly in a new browser-window.

2 the swf should be working now too as there was a small mistake in the embed scr .... changed from pupsa back to pups whthout that 'a' like in the param name="movie" value ( curious in IE6 you didn't see that problem )

mailed that last question of you, srijith, to this MAC-users, waiting for his reply
