Useful tool for working with HTML/CSS

Is to have the background image on the left bottom corner and the thumbnails on the right with a border around the thumbnails and the gallery title within the border. I guess I'll find a stylesheet with the properties I like and then tweak it til I get the desired result. I want people who are using Firefox to be able to view my pages as I have described.

I really like Firefox for the way it blocks popups and so forth and I downloaded the extenision for web development. Maybe that will help. The page I'm referring to is the root page for my galleries.
