HTML and Style Sheets

I'm not new to HTML but I am new to style sheets and this web site and forum. Therefore, I need help to know how I can change the style sheet on my gallery or where I can do that, and then how to upload it to my gallery to make the change. I've looked at the Help on style sheets but don't know where to go to get the present one and how to edit it. Thanks.
