First Page Possibilities

Just for the fun of it I´ve created a new design for my personal page: Please take a look and comment:

Note that I´ve no serious intention of keeping that. I´m just triying new ways to show our galleries by creating a *creative* (at least different) design using simple HTML codes.

Wow! Rob´s work is really great. Congratulations "Lord of the Badgers". That is a great first page. Any other want to share creative ideas? (Your or not yours)

I looked at it with firefox and it was beautiful I then decided to chalnge your statement and looked at it with IE. - Boy do you have a problem

As most people still use IE I think you should fix up the way it appears in IR

I had the same problem before I started with firefox. in IE ity was OK but with the others it was all messed up

Hope this may work. But due to the big differences, does everybody have a good view of my main image at my first page? The HTML was really simply so I think there will be no problems but I´m asking just to be sure.

The easy way is to find a layout that you like and copy it. This involves creating (or editing) your own Cascading Style Sheet (CSS). See the Help section and the unofficial FAQ for more....

I will revive this threat to show a new design possibility for our galleries, and specially for the main one:

I did put all text in black with one pixel size, and I have used an HTML Map Code to create the links over that image. The original galleries were moved to a second level gallery that creates a "original style page" where you can see the original thumbnails.

There is a hidden 8x8pix pure black thumb of that gallery that can´t be seeing (of course, you can check it selecting all the text of the page with the mouse scroll). That help me to create the second level gallery without the need to set it non-public (that could have affected the whole system). The image itself is non-public inside the gallery, but it works as the representative thumbnails.

My original idea was to create a presentation page. I hope this is clear enough. The idea is to play with other design to show our work, that anybody can do because all you need is a picture editor.
