You can't change
You have the possibility to choose proposed Pbase-bar in your account-settings.

Maybe it is possible to design ur own Pbase-bar colored as you like with the same table characteristics as the origal one and to put it over the original, I suppose it is possible to drag it over with an HTML-tag but I didnt try this out yet .....
