Hi,

Since a couple of days I learned that I can present pictures via the description field: http://www.pbase.com/toondesmit/recent_boomklever

On my Apple Safari platform It looks great. However today I saw on a Internet explorer platform a nasty blue border. Is there a way to get rid of this blue border?

Yes, just add border=0 to your IMG code.

Btw I recommend you change the way you direct link. You are direct linking to a server location that might change, you should direct link the PBase recommend way (see the help page). Here's an example using one of your photos:

Code: Select all
<a href="http://www.pbase.com/toondesmit/image/95382470"><img src="http://www.pbase.com/toondesmit/image/95382470/medium.jpg" border=0"></a>

You can change the "medium.jpg" to the filesize you wish, ie small.jpg, medium.jpg, large.jpg, original.jpg

best regards.

Flemming

THX,

The trick is border = 0.
However when I copy the link you give I get direct linking denied!

There must be something else I do wrong.

This is now how it looks:

<CENTER><TBODY>

<a href="http://www.pbase.com/toondesmit/image/95382470"><img src="http://www.pbase.com/toondesmit/image/95382470/original.jpg" border=0"></a>

Hi,

You probably have direct linking disabled. Go to your profile, click edit account settings. Click 'Options' and make sure that direct linking is enabled and then click update. See if this helps, should work after that.
