Formatting Caption - help

Although I'm learning as I go, I really don't know anything about style sheets.
I'm trying to format my captions so that part of the caption is bold (to the left of colon), and all text is in the center of the page, but aligned left.
Is it possible to do this?

You can easily embed HTML codes in your image caption itself. When you click on Edit Image, in the caption field you can do something like:

<strong>Bold stuff</strong>Other stuff

This will make the text Bold Stuff look bold.
