But I can't add it properly in Pbase.

Right now, it is possible to get something like what you want, but we are working to get rid of the ability to use things like this because it is too easy to exploit.

so, we can't embed flash movies (swf) anymore?
is this ability already disabled?

Yes, as far as I know flash is disabled, I believe there was a posting about somewhere on this forum when it was disabled sometime last year.
