Any news? The trials are good? Will members have the possibility of choosing among options? Will we be asked to vote for?
How many questions, ah...

there's now a "Black on Light Gray" menu option.
see http://www.pbase.com/emily/shapes for an example

it gets rid of the blue, without really changing the site appearance.

there's also a Gray on Black. i don't like this one, but it's an experiment.

at the moment these can only be applied to all of your galleries.

we'll add the controls to set the menu for a particular gallery soon.
we're in the middle of cleaning up the gallery edit page a little to make room for the password protection controls.

The Black on Light Grey option works for me - good work.

Of course now that this has opened up so many more potential colour schemes, I will probably waste hours trying to find one that is just right ;)

I really like the grey on black...

Thanks Slug. I think the gray on black needs some work - especially the double line below which looks like a double underline in this scheme.

The black on grey fits well - I appreciate such a fast response time and have switched to that menu to keep your interests of 'look & feel'. For those who still want to hide and use their own, feel free to see my CSS.

Now, if you can just provide another menu option of 'small' & 'normal' which will affect the font size used - I promise I won't bug you with more and more request.

How to incorporate the black text on gray background into our own CSS? I can't seem to figure it out.

If anyone could help, I'd greatly appreciate it!

thanks

angela :)

Select the one you want.

I like the Gray on Black because it is a pretty close match for the style of my galleries. It makes the menu bar look integrated into the page, which I like. Please keep as an option, even if it is not as popular as Black on Gray. Thanks for the enhancement.
