Specifying CSS style sheet in HTTP URL

Is there any way I can have the user specify a CSS style while viewing my site ? I want to be able to provide links to certain CSS styles that are pre-created by me and let the user click on certain links on my page and change the view according to the selected style sheet.
I learned how to do the above in regular pages (non pbase) but am not sure if pbase's restricted access allows this. Any tricks ?
