Password protection great. But...

Thanks Pbase for adding the password protection feature.

Right now, when you password protect a gallery, a default graphic signifies it is so. Would it be possible to have one of the photos from your gallery be the default photo?

If this is confusing to visitors (since they won't know which galleries are password protected), then perhaps a small graphic or some other visual cue could be appended next to your default photo?

I ask this because while it's nice to be able to protect some galleries, I'd still like visitors to "get an idea" of what's inside the gallery.

I hope I'm making sense.

ur making sense
like this it is not fitting in a photo-site, rather disturbant, repulsing visitors.
I believe they are working on this ......

Just wanted to say 'Thanks!' for the password protection. Works fine...

Hoping you guys will implement this whenever you can :-).

In deed!. I´m on that! I hope you guys are attempting to change that padlock soon...

By the way; I someone else having problem with pictures that are in a "secured gallery" when you try to use them in a layout (for example)? They seem to have problems (not always). It´s very strange. I think you should be able to secure your "logos", "signature" and other non photographic stuff, to avoid pleople seen, like, behind the stage. don´t you think?

P: Maybe a "behind the stage" gallery should work for me...
