Subscriptions?

Is there a chance of a subscriptions so visitors can be notified of additions to galleries?

I have around 12,000 people who are interested in my galleries and want to be notified whenever I add new galleries. I have these peoples' email in my outlook address book as distribution lists. I used to email them everytime I added a new gallery. However, my ISP has restricted email service and I can only send emails with about 20 receipients! So there goes my regular updates to my fans.

Anyone have a solution?
