Suggestion for file size uploading

May I suggest that in the Help section on uploading images, you advise new members on the size of the file and pixels. It would appear that a great deal of members upload full size images which take up a great deal of room and eat quickly into their 200 or 300 MB limit. For those on dial up, it means that images take a long time to download. Uploading low res and low kb images also assists in stopping theft of images from the site.

This suggestion on file size could also be placed near the box for uploading images. I never upload images more than 200KB or more than 640 pixels on the longest.
