A number one request and not for the future

However what really annoys me is the total silence from who ever is pulling the strings at the other end.
So my major request is:
Keep contact and react
Please give answers to questions asked by members. I can understand that it is quite busy to maintain a service like this but that is no excuse to keep in total silence.
And if you so now or then make a promise about a change of service or a feature which will be implemented 'coming soon' please keep to it (or at least keep us informed about it; only already out of politeness.)
We, as members keep us also to our 'promises' (paying in time for example)
