Default view = Slideshow

I would like for some galleries to have the Slideshow instead of Thumbnails as the default. Is this already possible?

Search http://www.pbase.com/help for slideshow. Whilst you can't get rid of the thumbnails you can add the slideshow to your description,

Did you have to list all the file numbers in order for the slideshow to show more than 30 pix?

You can either set it do do it based on the gallery or you can specify each file numbers in sequence in the order you want. That's what I did for the example I gave as the gallery only contains links.

SLIDESHOW(gallery name)
or
SLIDESHOW(1,2,3,4,5)
or
SLIDESHOW(11111, 22222, 33333, size=original, delay=10, loop=no)

I'm not aware that there's a limit to the number of pics in the slideshow.

I'm trying to get around the 30 image limit and the slideshow can't handle more than 30 when I use the gallery name. Troublesome to try to list 100 file names in the code.
Oh well.
Here's hoping that our good programmers at Pbase can fix this soon.

yeah there's still a 30 image limit to how many images are picked up by the javascript, I'm hoping this will be removed some day as well.
