Can't embed URL in external forum

Does PBase not allow us to embed URL and IMG tag in forum to refer to pbase pictures? It seems that this only works within pbase.com, but not outside. Correct me if I'm wrong.



If I'm correct, it certainly stops me to continue hosting image here. Would anybody please advise?
