Disable right-click capabilities

I'm surprised that on a site like Pbase, that a user can go to my page, right mouse click and select "save picture as" and now they have a copy of my photo.
Can you rectify this?

I'm afraid that you shouldn't be... unfortunately users being able to get a copy of your image (with or without the right click menu) is the risk you run by putting images up in the first place.
