Divide show and tell into two

Hey,
Do you think it's a good idea to break up Show and tell forum into.
1. one where people just post their photos, for comments and votes. A learning experience.
2. The other where people can start themes. And we can have a good collection of themes.

I find that somehow people who really want comments and advice don't get the full use of the pbase users as more interest is generated by the themes.
