Is there a way to get reports on how many downloads specific photos get? Also, can IPs be logged?

I'm using a MAC. Tried loading perl and nothing seemed to have happened. If someone has the time & desire to explain a step-by-step setup for Mac OS X, it'd be greatly appreciated :-).

Hi,
http://developer.apple.com/internet/ope ... /perl.html

describes how to install and test for perl. Once you get through all the procedures, please post your status in http://forum.pbase.com/viewtopic.php?t=3225
and Id be glad to help from then on.

I dont use mac - so it will be mostly you doing stuff and telling us back if it works or not ;-)

Just read that OS/X already includes perl- so you may already have it.

Just open a terminal in Mac and type perl -v.

if you get a response saying perl version <something> you are all set.

Let us know - but please post in the thread I indicated
