That's not bad I've seen numbers as high as 600-800 and most of it wasn't cookies. Don't forget to get spyblaster so you can't stop it from being installed. Adaware and spybot both only clean it after you are infected.

The pop up ads are designed to be triggered when the see key words and to serve related ads. Hopefully you should see a little bit better preformance now.
