Many cameras have different names for different markets.
A known case of Nikon naming is N90 or N80 versus F80 or F90.
I would suggest to collapse these lists of the same cameras
with a different name and call than the camera with a double name
(for example F90/N90) or allow to enter the same list via different
named entries, as some people are very sentimental about these
names: EOS 300 vesus EOS Rebel, for example!
Probably even such "small model updates" like the F90x (N90s)
versus F90/N90 could be collapsed together as they basically will
not change significantly what and how we can photograph with
them.
Lesser Issue: Remove header "Digital Camera" because the
list contains all cameras, film and digital alike.
Sincerely,
Thomas
