Style w/Standard Backgrounds

My thought....
1. Create a public gallery for backgound tile images.
2. Allow direct linking to the images for use w/Style sheets
3. Automate the image naming process (eg BG1,2,3,....999)
4. Limit thier size (eg <10k)
5. Add a standard style sheet (I'll donate one) with basic instructions re changing the background by modifying the BG element based on the public gallery BG image name.
