Gallery Backup and Caption Updating

Considering the huge amount of time invested in sorting out images, writing descriptive captions, creating style sheets, etc., it would be ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL if one could click a button and receive a zip file containing all the images of a gallery and its associated user-typed data such as captions, in a format that could be understood by PBase if the file was uploaded back. That way, I could backup my entire galleries, and restore them if anything happens (I know PBase is backed up, but anyway...).

It would also be great if I could see a page where all the images of a given gallery were shown at once in thumbnail form with the CAPTION box beside each one... this way I could upload zillions of pictures at once and caption them all in one page - much more quickly than with the current "write-caption-click-update-click-next" feature.

Thanks. And what a great site. I love it. :(

I agree with you it would be a nice feature
In the mean time, they have created a batch update (Thank you Emily) for these fields so if it is the same caption then you can do it with one click.
I know it is not exactly what you mean but it does help somewhat.
