Limit forum posting to...

Limit forum posting to Registered PBase users only.

Do not allow anonymous guests to post in the forums.

I feel this would cut down on the "smart ass" responses. It's easy to be a smart ass when you are anonymous but not so easy when you are known. Well I guess that goes for most people as there are those that just don't know any better.

When I first registered I used wbaird7 as my userid. But before I really started using the account I had the userid changed. I guess when they changed the userid they forgot to change something in the forums. I am logged in. You can see me at http://www.pbase.com/thejerk/profile

Sorry about that issue with the old username. 'wbaird7' is now 'thejerk' in the forums as well as on the rest of PBase.

Emily.. would it be better, as pointed out by "thejerk" to restrict the posting to registered members only? Since registration to Pbase on trail basis is free anyway, there is no reason why anyone who wants to ask a question would not go to the trouble to registering!
