Suddenly there's been a change in one of the two style sheets I use, called Sachiv1 in this gallery: http://www.pbase.com/ronhrl/arizona_images_ii .
When first opened, it is correct. Then one of the colors diasppears, leaving the message "missing image file". I can't find the problem. Any help will be really appreciated.

First question: is a stylesheet you wrote youself? Because there's no PBase style named that way.

The problem is that field H1 uses a background image that does not exist anymore on PBase:
http://www.pbase.com/image/13500947.jpg
Did you delete it?

Two solutions:
1. Remove the background image, by deleting the following line in H1 style:
background-image: url(http://www.pbase.com/image/13500947.jpg);

2. Or replace the image with another one you like.

Hope this help!

Nacef, thanks for your response.

No, I didn't write the stylesheet myself, but copied it from another member. I didn't delete that background image; perhaps the original author did.

The only thing that has changed was the elimination of the solid color at the top and around the individual photos.

I tried deleting that line in H1, but there was no change. What should I replace it with to restore the color?

Thanks,

Ron

Nacef,
I tried replacing the missing image with an image of the tan color that's missing, but there was no change.

Looks like even the new image you used has been removed. You mentioned that you copied the style sheet from comeone. Maybe that someone was linking to their own image and does not want you to link to them. Why don't you find a background image you like, upload it to your own pbase account, mark the gallery non-public (so that it won't appear in your album list) and then link to that image?

BTW, great snaps!
